Visitor reviews
- 28 Aug 2017 MASSACHUSETTS, United StatesThis tree was marketed by the Henry Field Co in the 1960s, as a naturally small, early bearing tree on seedling rootstock. The picture in the catalog showed a tree bearing in the nursery row. My grandfather let me try a few trees in our commercial orchard, and they did bear early, and the trees stayed as small as on M-26, (and no stake required!!). The apples were small, without heavy thinning. The average flavor apples were not a customer favorite, and most went for cider. I don't have any in my orchard today.
