Medium size fruit. Bright red over yellow. Very pleasing flavor and texture. Honeyed, plenty of acidity, crisp, crackling, juicy flesh. Cooked keeps shape, light flavor, sweet, fruity. Delicately flavored. Fruits store into the winter.

- 06 Sep 2013 PA, United StatesI have just found a new favorite apple! First year it produced in my organic heirloom apple orchard--and, wow, really delicious and crisp! Has just the right amount of sweet/tart tang, love it!
- 01 Sep 2013 OH, United StatesRegent is my favorite apple. They're sweet, but not too sweet, like I think Red Delicious are. They're crisp, but not as crisp & hard-fleshed as Honeycrisp. I enjoy eating them--I use other varieties to cook with, but I save my Regents to simply eat. :)
- 12 Dec 2012 WI, United StatesI was not impressed with the flavor for fresh use, just my opinion. However, I feel it makes the best apple pie I have ever eaten. Great apple for cooking.
